SHIPPING POLICY

I do my best to ship all pieces in their own custom built packaging. USPS has been the best service for shipping feathers, they keep close tracking and have an option to keep everything handled by hand and no machines.

shipping is priority two day but sometimes depending on location can take up to 3 days.

RETURN POLICY

Returns are only accepted if the item arrives damaged. I do my best but sometimes mishaps happen. I will coordinate with my framer, and get you a new frame, and possibly repaint your feather if it was damaged at no cost to you.

PAYMENT METHOD

My main method and best method for taking payments is via PayPal. My PayPal email is Whitetailstudios@gmail.com i require a 50.00 deposit to hold your spot in line. Please use friends and family tab to ensure no fee is included in your purchase.

if you choose to use another form of payment, such as a personal check, please clear it with me first.
